Ukraine is breathing a sigh of relief as the Senate passes its long-awaited aid bill. Ukraine’s Foreign Minister said “hallelujah” to the news. But he also warned that Russia is out-shelling Ukraine ten to one. Author Anne Applebaum is a staff writer at The Atlantic. Her latest piece is called “The GOP’s Pro-Russia Caucus Lost.
