Are you trying to prepare a presentation or lesson for parents/students/teachers? To request a workshop for any age or grade fill out and submit the form below.
Please take note of these important procedures:

- Include your contact info so we may contact you with details and questions.
- Please follow instructions on the form, and fill out all the fields as completely as possible.
- Remember, this form is for requests! The Educational Services Department will be contacting you to book your workshop/presentation.
