The high bidder will receive a home visit from Innovo owner Kurt Tugman, who will do measurements, discuss vision and project scope. The result will be a detailed design drawing and a 3-D rendering of a reality remodeling project or addition for your home. Kurt will review the drawings with the homeowner and provide a detailed budget.
The rendering is the property of the homeowner once the consultation process and rendering are complete. The winning bidder will receive up to ten hours of time from Innovo. This package does not include any construction work. This item expires one year from the issue date.
