Offered by Innovo Custom Renovations, this is a design package
that will result in a detailed design drawing and a 3D rendering
of a reality remodeling project or addition for your home.

Kurt Tugman, the owner of Innovo Custom Renovations will meet
with the winning bidder in your home to do measurements,
discus vision and project scope. He will ultimately create a 3-D rendering
of a plan that will work for your home. Kurt will meet with the homeowner
again to review the drawings and provide a detailed budget.
The rendering is the property of the homeowner once the consultation
process and rendering are complete. The winning bidder will receive
up to 10 hours of time from Innovo.
This package does not include any construction work.
