2019 Auction Volunteer Opportunities
·Welcome all volunteers and guests. Direct volunteers to
their assigned areas for training and/or task
·Complete forms when callers telephone to place bids on items
·Retrieve bid sheets from bid takers and present to appropriate
table for recording
·Verify and answer questions asked by callers about items
open for bidding
·Input caller information in computer and assign a number
for bidding purposes
·Write numbers on a board to reflect highest current bid
·Organize and collect all bid sheets for items sold that segment
