Membership

KEDT provides outstanding educational programming from 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM.  Each fall members receive an Educational Television Guide which lists KEDT's educational programs, a short description, grade level, and subject area.  This is extremely helpful for planning lessons in advance.

In addition to the broadcast programming, member home educators can borrow video tapes from KEDT's lending library.  Popular videos with home educators include: Algebra I, The Biology Of, English Writing and Skills, Mathica's Math Shop, Real Science, and many more. Up to 6 videos may be checked out at a time for use in your classroom and may be kept for 2 weeks.

Each spring, members can participate in KEDT's Preview of fall programming and influence which programs will be purchased for the following school year.

Each month, KEDT members receive a newsletter with updated information on programs and services.

KEDT is constantly updating the website with new resource links, lesson plans, and activities for the educator, student, and parent.

Member home educators may tour the KEDT television and radio studios.
