“No one can resist the Sweety!”

claims Sweety Foods & Games Executive Vice-President Tad Adman.   Presented with the temptations from his fast-food and videogame company using flashy and deceptive advertising, Tad might just be right.

This half-hour program uses fast-paced comedy to deliver the message of healthy nutrition and exercise to young people ages 8 to 12.  It also addresses the influence of advertising on children’s diets and lifestyles through cartoon-like camera shots and clever parody.

This is a KEDT original production.

Production funding was provided by:

Perry & Haas, L.L.P.

Driscoll Children’s Hospital Development Foundation

Children’s Heart & Health Institute of Texas

The companion website featuring downloadable lesson guides and teacher resources will be available starting December 5 at www.sweetyfoods.com
