Women’s History Month

Gale Research

Gale Research observes Women's history Month with a timeline from 3000 B.C. to the present and biographies of more than 60 women, including Joan of Arc, Sally Hemings, Madeline Albright, Flossie Wong-Staal, and Martina Navratilova. Another feature is a section with information on 12 significant trials, including the Triangle Shirtwaist Fire and the Tailhook Scandal. There are also suggestions for activities and annotated links to other resources.
